The launch of the ski season at Lost Trail depends entirely on receiving adequate snowfall.
Our team is diligently tracking the weather and the snow depth to determine the perfect opening day. As soon as the snow levels are sufficient to guarantee a safe skiing experience, we’ll make the announcement.

Lost Trail will be open every day this holiday break from December 21 to January 1, including Christmas and new Year’s day!
Take a look at our mountainside camera near Chair 1 when Lost Trail is in operation.
Remember, Lost Trail operates entirely off-grid, with our generator springing to life every day at 6 AM.
Whether you’re taking your family out skiing for the first time, racing friends down the mountain, going lone wolf, or getting on the slopes after taking a break, we are committed to keeping skiing and snowboarding affordable and accessible to all. We have a variety of lift tickets, season passes, lessons, and rental options available so you can choose your own adventure.
Get outfitted with boots, boards, poles, and skis at our rental shop. In-person only.
Lift tickets and 10-Day passes are available at the ticketing windows and online.
