Operating Policies and Procedures

In case of inclement weather; i.e. high winds, fog, blizzard etc. or lift operation complications, Lost Trail Powder Mountain will shut down the lift and/or close the hill for safety if needed. In doing so NO REFUNDS will be given.

During high traffic times such as special event days, weekends and all holiday periods we do not and cannot guarantee short lift lines, and will NOT REFUND tickets, rentals and/or lessons.

Items left unattended may be stolen or taken by mistake. Lost Trail Powder Mountain will not be responsible for any items stolen or damaged property. You may file a lost item report in the office or complaint with the police department in case of stolen items.
